The Forms tab shows all your DSAR forms with their status, submission counts, and quick actions:

Requests Dashboard
The Requests tab shows all incoming privacy requests with their current status:

Request Status Workflow
Request just received, awaiting review
Waiting for identity verification
Identity confirmed, ready to process
Actively gathering/processing data
Response prepared, awaiting approval
Request fulfilled, response sent

Clicking on any request opens detailed view showing:
Filtering & Search
Find requests quickly by filtering on:
- • Status (pending, in progress, completed, etc.)
- • Request type (access, erasure, correction, etc.)
- • Date range (submitted, due date)
- • Assigned team member
- • Keyword search (name, email, reference ID)
Team Assignment
Assign requests to specific team members for accountability. Set up automatic assignment rules based on request type or region.
💡 Pro Tip
Create assignment rules to automatically route requests. For example, route all erasure requests to your data team, and access requests to customer support.
