Managing Incoming Requests

Track and process DSAR requests through their lifecycle.

Your Forms Dashboard

The Forms tab shows all your DSAR forms with their status, submission counts, and quick actions:

The Requests tab shows all incoming privacy requests with their current status:

Filtering & Search

Find requests quickly by filtering on:

  • • Status (pending, in progress, completed, etc.)
  • • Request type (access, erasure, correction, etc.)
  • • Date range (submitted, due date)
  • • Assigned team member
  • • Keyword search (name, email, reference ID)

Team Assignment

Assign requests to specific team members for accountability. Set up automatic assignment rules based on request type or region.

Create assignment rules to automatically route requests. For example, route all erasure requests to your data team, and access requests to customer support.
